As part of eFounders’ core team, you'll be working directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager. Your mission will be to work closely with our early stage projects and help their fast-growing teams find the talent they need. The first employees in our startups include: Business Developers, Full-Stack Developers, Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and more!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the challenges of each of our early stage projects to formulate precise job openings.
  • Drafting and posting new job openings.
  • Defining suitable sourcing strategies and hiring plans for each position.
  • Take a proactive stance on sourcing and contacting candidates through social networks, CV banks, and more.
  • Rolling out an innovative employee referral program.
  • Attending recruiting events.
  • Managing and challenging existing recruiting process.
  • Build and manage candidate pipeline.


  • You have a "get it done" mindset, you're rigorous, and you don't give up easily.
  • You have experience in a similar position, ideally in a recruitment agency or startup.
  • You master sourcing and head-hunting tactics.
  • You are fluent in English & French
